Q: What if the magazine I need is not available on the web price list?

A. Since there are over 200,000 available titles, its impracticle for us to list all the titles on our site. If you wish to enquire about a title not listed, please fill in our contact form .

Q. I have changed my address, how do I change the shipping address?

A. Just goto our contact form and the new address in the form.

Q. How do I get business prices and Student/Educator prices.

A. To qualify for business rates you must provide a business or professional name upon ordering. For Student Educator prices you must provide your student number when ordering.

Q. How do I report a damaged issue?
A. You can use our contact form to report an issue that arrived with damage. Just fill out the appropriate subject and list the magazine title and issue number.

Q. Can I cancel my magazines? How?

A. Yes you can cancel your magazine and may qualify for a refund. Just fill out the appropriate section in our contact form.

Q. Can I renew titles I have previously ordered from you?

A. Yes just click on the renew button for the appropriate magazine.

Q. Do you accept other payment methods other than paypal and credit/debit card.

A. Yes you can pay by cheque or money order if you wish. Just contact us payments@hostspace.biz or fill out the appropriate section in the contact us form

Q. How do I order magazines as gifts?

A. Just click on the buynow button by the magazine title and in paypal when you goto the checkout you enter your address as sender and delivery address as the address the magazine is posted to.
